Complete Description:
Installs networks and network technologies.
Assesses configurations and troubleshoots network related errors and issues.
Configures equipment and software, trains others, and documents solutions. Assists with network design.
Experienced in technical services using the Cisco family of network switches and security devices.
Ability to run cable to workstations and in cable management unit, patch management, Cisco switch and patch panel installation and configuration, troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Behavior Characteristics:
Motivated and self starter.
Exhibits independent expertise to champion solutions to problems.
Willing to work after hours and weekends to ensure minimal disruption to end users
