creating folders for files
maintaining an orderly filing system
maintaining and managing office supplies and stationery
talking to other lawyers, notaries, court offices and government agencies.
collecting money from clients and entering into a computerized accounting system
keeping a proper record of all transactions
and other tasks and duties needed to manage and run an efficient modern law office.
