This person must be self-motivating and upbeat. We are looking for someone with not only the right skills but the right attitude. We are a team dedicated to our client's success and we are looking for a team member passionate about helping clients understand their financials.
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, dropbox and technologically savvy.
Maintain general ledger, prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns, communicate with clients, accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepare weekly client dashboards, cash forecasts, and prepare financial reports and key performance indicators.
Other projects and assignments as needed.
We are seeking a calm yet agile, detail oriented Accountant who is fueled by providing top notch service, enjoys collaborating with team members and who has experience supporting online entrepreneurs who often pivot directions.

You must be available to work in person 5 days a week if needed. Some weeks are flexible and fewer. We offer an opportunity to work virtually but we do require weekly video meetings.
