SUMMARY
A growing IT services company in North Dallas is seeking a passionate, organized and highly motivated sales rep to help establish, develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.

OBJECTIVE
We’re looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of identifying, selling and closing deals. Our primary targeted market is small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) with between 10 and 100 employees. He/she will exercise agility to interact with and successfully influence senior-level executives and key decision makers.

The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of the sales cycle and be comfortable controlling meetings and customer interactions, while also building a trusting relationship in professional and social settings. He/she should also be able to think strategically about business and technical challenges, and ultimately convey a compelling value proposition to potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Articulate company service offerings and identify/qualify revenue opportunities
• Manage the sales process and update CRM with customer data
• Develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Help develop and establish organizational sales strategies
• Setup sales meeting appointments with senior-level executives and key decision makers
• Meet quarterly/annual sales quota

EDUCATION
College degree preferred. Relevant and significant industry experience may suffice as a substitute for the education requirement.

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum two years experience in outside sales or business development in a B2B sales environment.
• Familiarity with managed IT services, terminology and processes.
• Familiarity with VoIP technology, including hosted and on-premise VoIP phone solutions.
• Proven track record of working in a sales quota-focused measurement environment.
• Ability to consistently move prospects and customers towards commitment and close sales.
• Strong understanding of social media and various social media sales tools.
• Experience with MS Office, CRM and video conferencing tools.
• Must have high ethical standards.
• Excellent time management, written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

TRAVEL
This position will require travel to prospective customer locations, generally within the North Dallas region, but may include trips to other regions throughout Texas.
