HireArt is helping an innovative find a Solutions Sales Architect to help bring our client's revolutionary communication and collaboration solutions to life with customers around the world. In this role, you will lead, deploy, and integrate AR/VR solutions with the world’s most forward-thinking enterprise partners. 

This role is 60% technical and 40% selling. You will be very hands on and work closely with the enterprise partner, developer partners and  internal account management, product management and engineering teams to ensure that the AR/VR enterprise solution that the enterprise customer is looking for is achievable and you will ensure that our developer partners are meeting the needs of enterprise clientele.

As Solutions Sales Architect, you will:
  • Engage with clients, pre-sale, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Ensure that AR/VR applications are integrated with hardware and platform software, and ultimately, being deployed, at scale into the enterprise
  • Work closely with our developer partners to integrate our client's hardware and software into custom VR and AR enterprise experiences
  • Develop tools, documentation, sample code, and other materials to help scale our client's business platform products
  • Enable and lead initiatives that support the development of efficiency and scale in day-to-day operations
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams, highlighting the areas of greatest opportunity
  • Develop and maintain a depth of industry, client and product knowledge that enables you to be effective as a leader and credible as a thought partner, while fostering knowledge sharing across teams
  • Engage with peers to plan and execute a common set of objectives
  • Develop an understanding of the AR/VR system architecture, integration components and APIs
  • Build knowledge on security, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Understand the product's runtime and software stack for both PC and Mobile platforms
  • Develop trusted and highly credible cross-functional relationships
  • Lead the team in the development and implementation of enduring and scalable process solutions to enable the long-term growth and success of our client's AR/VR vision. 
  • Always be on the lookout for talented teammates and help with recruiting and developing the organizational infrastructure. 
  • Institute new processes to operationalize best practices, where applicable
  • As a leader in the organization, see the big picture and work well with cross-functional stakeholders to enable AR/VR overall sales goals.

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Consultant
  • Experience communicating to both technical and business audiences
  • Experience translating engineering needs into strategic plans and vice versa
  • Software development experience with C++ or C#
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-premise enterprise architecture
  • Enterprise systems architecture experience
  • Highly skilled and fluent communicator in English

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of VR platforms and APIs
  • Unity/Unreal, and Android native development experience

Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 2-month contract position through HireArt and based in Menlo Park, CA. Candidates must be able to travel up to 40% of time.
