The applicant must possess strong writing skills and attention to detail. Outstanding grammar, proofreading and editing skills required. Position will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentation and offering materials. Applicant must be able to balance a variety of work assignments with quick deadlines.

Majority of the job will be creating written content for marketing materials. Duties include corresponding with graphic designers daily on flyer and package production and assembly. This includes coordination and approval of maps, graphs, photos, site plans and floor plans for materials.

Job will also include administrative assistance with scheduling appointments, keeping calendars, reviewing of sales professionals’ emails, arranging travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.

Ideal candidate will need to be tech savvy with proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite as well as Adobe Creative Suites such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
