Family Services of Westchester is currently seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist. This full time position will have the following responsibilities.

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Candidate should have a mix of technical and customer service skills.
Provide help desk support via phone, email, remote connection or in person
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Deploy new workstations and printers
Relocate workstations as required
Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
Troubleshoot and diagnose system and network problems
Create web-based assessments for clinic website and EHR
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Experience working in a Windows environment required
Knowledge of Office 365 Suites is highly preferred
Experience with Active directory and cloud services is preferred
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
Must have valid driver license license and reliable transportation.
Requires frequent travel in Westchester County.
