Plumbing Showroom located in Granite Bay has an immediate need for a F/T Bookkeeper/HR administrator. We are looking for someone who has experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, HR, General Bookkeeping. Must have a minimum of 3 years in related experience and must be a team player, reliable, fast learner and able to adapt to fill various needs of the showroom as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Monthly Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
Process bi-weekly payroll
Process vendor payments on a weekly basis
Enter vendor invoices on daily basis
Process Health and Dental applications as needed
Oversee open enrollment of health benefits and retirement plans
Enter new hires and process terminations
Sorting daily mail
Process Sales Tax Payments monthly and quarterly
Oversee Account Receivable accounts and process payments as received
Follow up on outstanding A/R accounts
