RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Accounting-A/P, A/R, client billing, banking.

Coordination of timely work flow-Understand, monitor and communicate the priorities and status of the firm’s work flow.

Tax return support-Facilitate pre and post- tax preparation administration services including the processing of tax organizers and the input of all client tax data.

Bookkeeping and Financial Statement engagements-Maintaining client’s general ledgers, A/P, report generation.

Final product quality review-Maintain/establish quality controls for final product before delivery to the client.

Maintenance of all reports, client records and office supplies-Manage and maintain the firm’s filing system, communications and all client records. Monitoring and ordering all office supplies.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years administrative and bookkeeping experience.

Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.

Must be able to work independently and take initiative.

Must be highly organized and pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and function well in a fast paced environment.


HOURS:
September to May – Monday to Friday 9-3. Saturdays 9-3 beginning in late February through April 15.
June to August – 2 to 3 days per week 9-3.
