*GENERAL DESCRIPTION*

Provide personal administrative support and assistance to Executive Director of Skilled Nursing Facility

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

* Screen incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors and correspondence and route accordingly
* Manage and maintain calendar, meetings, appointments, travel and accommodations
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
* Order office supplies, oversee office cleanliness and functioning
* Handle banking and bookkeeping of business and personal accounts
* Perform additional duties as assigned

*REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES*

* Experienced accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
* Proficient computer skills with in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite
* Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills
* High level of confidentiality
* Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

*EXPERIENCE*

* 5+ years of experience in an executive administrative role
* Bookkeeping/Accounting experience required
