We are a mid size landscape company looking to add a new team member to our staff. This new team member will be required to be proficient with QuickBooks. Must have at least a minimum of 5 yrs. extensive on hands entering Receivables, Payables & Payroll.

This position is a part time position with the hours of 1 to 6. (this can be flexible)
Team member must be a non smoker.
Must be able to work alone without monitoring.


Qualifications:

Self-motivated, driven, high energy and positive attitude

Detail oriented and results driven

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to hit the ground running with very little instruction

Essential Functions:

Review & verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivables and payroll along with Human Resources.

Review error-free accounting reports

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong oral,written and communication skills

Self motivated and client focused

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task and do your work in a very timely manner

Solid knowledge of computer systems including MS Office (Word,Excel and Gmail)

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting functions

Proficient with hands on experience with QuickBooks

Accuracy and attention to detail

Aptitude for numbers
