Needed: Part-Time Bookkeeper/Property Management Coordinator at small property management company located in Northwest Austin. Excellent opportunity to assist with bookkeeping, operations and property management activities for single-family properties, condos, commercial offices and multi-family apartment units. Starting pay at $16.00 per hour for approximately 20-25 hours per week, hours 9am to 3pm weekdays M-F.

What you can bring to the role:
â€¢ Basic bookkeeping & accounting knowledge. Bilingual is a plus!

â€¢ Prior experience using Buildium or other similar property management accounting software is helpful. Online software training provided.
â€¢ Understanding of federal, state and local fair housing laws and provisions.
â€¢ Professional leadership skills and capable motivating a team.
â€¢ Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality, maintain fiduciary responsibility and be responsive.
â€¢ Ability to work a set schedule (9am to 3pm weekdays M-F with one-hour lunch break) and be on-time.
â€¢ And, be easy going / easy to get along with, positive attitude, no drama, and care about the work and our clients.
This is an in-office position with separated work environments for team members. Team members are required to wear masked when interacting with clients (at safe distance) but not at desk when working alone. Office located in northwest Austin near Anderson Lane and Mopac area.
