We are looking for experienced and organized accounts payable clerk. This person must be personable, professional, and have extensive knowledge with bookkeeping and accounting programs. This person should be organized, have the ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, have the ability to work unsupervised and exercise professional judgement and discretion at all times.

Job Description:
Enter invoices to Accounting Software.
Prepare Checks.
Facilitate AP cycle and assist with other finance department needs as required.
Filing and other administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

2 - 4 years of bookkeeping experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
