DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Full charge bookkeeping
- Prepare and track expenses
- Bank and account reconciliation
- Use excel heavily in recording debit and credit account activity
- Input of bank account transactions
- Input of transactions for tax return preparation purposes
- Ensure all accounts are reconciled by the due dates
- Prepare manual checks, deposits and bill-pay
- Process Accounts Payable
- Producing balance sheets, income statements.
- Year-end closing all financial documents.
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Payroll Preparation for submission Payroll Service.
- PPP and SBA Covid related compliance reporting and necessary accounting.
- Other bookkeeping/accounting tasks as needed
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize within a fast pace environment
- Reports directly to executives
- Must be able to work within a diverse culture
- Must have a team player mentality
- Must have great communication skills
