Are you a highly motivated, detail oriented and creative Graphic Designer that enjoys working on all things Print? If so, we have an opportunity for you to join an in-house production team. You will be responsible primarily, but not exclusively, for the design and execution of marketing materials including printed publications, advertisements, signage, and more. Innovation and attention to detail are crucial in this role, as well as the ability to work closely with different teams and departments. We are looking for someone who can juggle a wide array of projects with tight deadlines. You must be able to comfortably move from ideation to final delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, create and execute printed publications adhering to brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and create digital/printed signage to support various campaigns and provide a cohesive in-store experience for our customers.
Accurately prepare creative files and materials for printing and ensure the print quality of all collateral pieces at the highest standard.
Assist our creative team in developing and optimizing workflow processes.
Other design tasks as assigned.
Graphic Designer Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelorâ€™s degree in Graphic Design or relevant field.
1-3 years of experience working in a graphics design role, specifically print.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Ability to operate a camera and photo editing skill is required.
Excellent portfolio, demonstrating the spectrum of your design work especially in printed format.
Strong understanding of design principles, excellent visual design skills and technical knowledge.
Extremely detail oriented with high quality/accuracy and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational skills to set priorities and manage time.
Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction when needed.
Knowledge of offset printing process and how to design and create files for optimal print quality and efficiency.
Thrives to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional work ethic and a team player.
