We are offering a part-time position: 12 hours a week.
Option to work more hours in future as company grows.
We are a wholesale distribution company in Burnaby, BC, and are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team.
DUTIES: Enter service invoices, Monitor AP and AR, Print cheques for AP, Perform monthly bank reconciliation, Approve invoices and purchases, Calculate and submit PST & GST, Generate month end financial reports.
QUALIFICATIONS: Post-secondary diploma or certificate in book keeping, minimum 2 years of working experience in full cycle accounting, solid experience with accounting software, preferably with Xero, experience with Excel and MS Word, strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
HOURS and PAY: approximately 12 hours per week, you can work either as a sub-contractor or an employee.
