Buffalo Seminary is an independent day and boarding high school for college-bound girls. Founded in 1851, SEM is located in the historic Elmwood Village neighborhood of Buffalo, New York, and is registered on the National Register of Historic Places. SEM is seeking a passionate, charismatic, and energetic person to strengthen a small IT office of a private girlsâ€™ high school. The IT Help Desk Technician is a year-round salaried position, M-F, occasional school events on evenings and/or weekends. Summer work with reduced hours.
o Hardware/Software support over phone/email/desk side
o Troubleshoot teacher/student technology issues in the classroom
o Support ticket/asset management
o Coordinate AV needs for students/staff
o Support Mac lab within Windows infrastructure/networking
o Associate degree
o Windows A+ certification or similar experience required
o Mac experience a plus
o Successful completion of a background check
