As part of our support team you will be answering support calls from customers that are having issues such as virus attacks, hardware issues, software questions and more. You will also be required to work issues in our service center located in South Daytona Beach Florida, such as upgrading hard drives, removing virusâ€™s, changing motherboards, adding memory and more.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing technical support (this may be in person or over the phone)
Entering work orders into our managed services help desk solution and maintaining information on the issue reported and subsequent responses.
Skills/Knowledge in the following areas, computer repairs, computer support, Microsoft office, , routers etc..
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
Strong problem solving skills
Occasionally, you may have to lift or carry items like laser printers.
A valid driverâ€™s license is required.
