PT Work From Home Opportunity--Product Copywriting/Data Entry- San Antonio

Work from home part-time on your own schedule in the NOVICA proprietary system to prepare, create and format new product information for upload to the NOVICA website.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
• Review new product profiles and photos for completeness and accuracy
• Create appealing and original product titles and rich descriptive paragraphs (in English) that accurately describe the product
• Format product specifications properly in the product database
• Request revision for products with missing or incorrect information or poor quality images

• Clear and concise writing style (English language) as well as creative copywriting skills
• Exceptional English grammar, syntax and spelling ability
• Ability to read, comprehend and translate Spanish (writing and speaking in Spanish is not required)
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a minimum productivity level
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to quickly conduct minor research on the internet as needed
• Must be fast and efficient on computer
• Must be dedicated, responsible, reliable and enthusiastic
• Visual acuity
• Reliable workstation (Mac or PC) with fast internet connection and stable/regular IP address
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 work hours per week.

Preferred qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years relevant work experience (copywriting/editing a big plus)
• Ability to read, comprehend and translate Portuguese (writing and speaking in Portuguese is not required)
• Experience interacting and communicating with people from other cultures


Candidates contracted for this work will be paid on a per-product basis, as follows:
$2.00 per product for items with original content in English
$2.15 per product for items with original content in Spanish or Portuguese
(Initial training will be paid at the rate of $12.00 per hour.)

A successful candidate can reasonably expect to complete an average of 7-10 products per hour once they are fully trained. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Payment will be rendered only for successfully completed work that has been reviewed and approved by a supervisor.
Payment will not be rendered for incomplete or poor-quality work; such products will be returned for revision and resubmission.
