Systems Technical Administrator - systems/networking

Clearmind International is a personal and professional development company and counselling training school in BC Canada. We are currently seeking to fill the position of “Systems Technical Administrator” that would require 30 hours a week which may be worked remotely.

Tasks Include:
• CRM overview and support
• Website Landing Page creation
• Data entry - for multiple departments
• Data input into CRM database
• Data comparison SUS - to Genoo (address any glitches)
• program credit tracking system implementation for affiliate / community credits
• Tech Support (back up)
• Online Zoom or FB events TechSupport as required
• Website - edits etc (Back Up)
• Compile & update e-cart links and pages,
• Create promotional coupon codes,
• Update and manage purchase flow maps, including updating documentation of process
• Set up and manage Smart rules for both Workshops and PRAC Enrollment Process,
• Set Up and manage Smart Rules for marketing and promotion processes -
• User experience testing and advising on process improvements
• Set up and manage student/assistant communications, program literature and practicum hours tracking
• Set up and management of landing pages, surveys and reports compilation to ensure data accuracy
• Set Up and manage credit tracking system for affiliate / community credits
• Set up and manage future online initiatives as required.
• Set Up and Manage future initiatives in CRM for community development
• Data entry - for multiple departments
• Data input into CRM from SUS
• Data comparison between two Systems for data accuracy. (address any glitches)
• Google Analytics Reports
• Miscellaneous Tech Support and Various Tech Related Projects

Skills Required:
• Excellent internet navigation skills and understanding of CRM's and automation processes
• Proficiency in: Microsoft Office suite, TEAMS, CRM, Woo Commerce and WordPress experience an asset
• Excellent Excel program skills including data reporting, sorting and chart creation
• High Level Attention to Detail and Time Management Skills
• Good Customer Relations Skills
• Excelled Problem Resolution Skills

Position Requirements According To Grant Subsidy Prerequisites
• Works in general support of and reports to the Co-General Manager and IT Manager
• Part-time employee position with flexible hours (30 hrs/wk minimum)
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident currently living in BC Canada
• Must be 30 years of age or younger
• Would have a diploma or degree in a tech or business admin related field

Compensation based on experience but could range from $22-$25/hr
