The Systems Support Technician will provide technical support for Workstation, Point-of-Sale, Telecom, Video, Audio-Video, and Network systems running in the Tamarack Resort environment. The Systems Support Technician I works within the Information Technology Division, but is required to communicate and circulate throughout all areas of Tamarackâ€™s operation.

â€¢ Implement and support internal and external computers, POS and Resort Management computers and software packages.
â€¢ Support MS Windows desktop, Point of Sale.
â€¢ Support LAN/WAN Network technologies.
â€¢ Support ISP Telecom, Video and Audio-Video installations and systems.
â€¢ Provide excellent customer service to guests, homeowners, and fellow employees.
â€¢ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required. Operation of company vehicles is required. Availability to support operations on a rotating shift schedule. Will be on call some evenings. Flexibility for both on and off site work.
