About Us & the Job: We are a small firm focusing on car accident litigation. We have a beautiful, shared office space in the Northgate area within walking distance to the metro bus transit station and the light rail station to be open sometime in 2021. We have free parking and offer employees health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick time, and a bonus structure.
We value work/life balance. We have high caseloads and work hard during business hours. However, we are flexible and can also arrange a work-from-home schedule. We encourage everyone to work no more than 40 hours per week. We offer a team approach with shared responsibilities and we support each other.
About the position:
We are looking for someone to help us manage cases from start to finish, including:
Client intake and case management
Requesting and reviewing medical records
Managing subrogation claims
Responding to discovery requests
The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and work with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, detail oriented, and technologically savvy to join our team. You must have a positive attitude and a willingness to think outside of the box.
We are considering this position for permanent or temporary/contract work. Due to COVID-19 this position will be remote initially.
