Casa de las Campanas is a senior living life plan community where residents enjoy the retirement that they desire. We are located in Rancho Bernardo. We are searching for dedicated EMT/Security Guard professionals to join our team!

As an EMT/Security Guard you would be responsible for responding to emergency calls as a first responder, and ensuring the safety of residents, staff, guests, building and grounds including but not limited to: patrolling the property, preparing incident and shift reports and other duties as assigned.

Full time, part time or per diem (on-call) schedule opportunities are available on PM and NOC shifts. We offer a retention bonus of $500 ($250 paid at 6 months of employment and $250 paid at 1 year of employment) for full and part time positions. Offered for per diem positions if meet availability/hours requirement. We offer shift differentials of $1.25/hr. for PM shift and $1.50/hr for NOC shift.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Current CA Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification required
• Prior experience as an EMT is preferred but not essential if have experience in senior living
• Current CA driver’s license required
• Current CA Guard Card a plus
• Ability to work holidays and weekends


PER DIEM SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
Per Diem staff have a minimum monthly/availability shift requirement, ask us for details. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
