Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing responsive customer service to our brokerage customers through excellent, in-depth knowledge of trading platform features and functionality, account management, clearing and corporate policies and procedures.
â€¢ Process new accounts and documentation for new and existing clients
â€¢ Field phone and email inquiries regarding open trades, outstanding trade breaks or issues, P/L questions, statements, report requests, etc.
â€¢ Execute client and representative stock and option trades on a variety of trading platforms
â€¢ Route and track client questions and requests to ensure the clientâ€™s expectations are met
â€¢ Provide feedback to the appropriate departments regarding service failures or customer concerns
â€¢ Provide customer feedback to senior management regarding business issues
â€¢ Perform other related duties as assigned
â€¢ Effectively manage time-sensitive, stressful situations
â€¢ Strong customer orientation for providing courteous, professional service at all times
â€¢ Detail-oriented and responsive for providing accurate, timely information and effective problem resolution
â€¢ Previous experience serving retail investors, institutional and professional traders, money managers preferred
â€¢ Active Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
â€¢ Work experience in equity options and automated trading programs is a decided plus.
â€¢ Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
â€¢ High performance and integrity levels with proven experience as a strong team player
â€¢ Computer proficiency in MicrosoftÂ® suite of products and ability to learn new software
â€¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
