Full Time Book Keeper / Office Manager for owner of multiple Boston restaurants

Responsibilities

Entry of Billing and income for 8 Boston businesses

Enter expenses, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Interact with management team and create reports
Resolve issues and handle vendor relations
Ensure timely processing of payroll, meals tax payments, etc.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks Online
Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented


Must have excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
Work closely with owner and management team.
