Job Description

We are looking to hire Dispatchers for our Public Safety Emergency call center. We are seeking a highly organized, efficient dispatcher. We are a fast-paced constantly growing company and have a need for additional full-time/ Part-time staff members for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Shifts are from 5PM-12AM and from 12AM- 7AM 5 days per week; 2 days per week from 5PM-12AM and 12AM-9AM. This is a Monday - Sunday dispatching position.

Job Duties:

- Answering Emergency calls from the general public and dispatching them accordingly.

- Updating Excel sheets and google docs.

-Emailing reports to clients.

-Updating reports on a Police CAD reporting system, (training will be provided).

- Basic customer skills to advanced a must in emergency situations.

-Issuing vehicle's to employee's

-Unit check's every hour

-Make sure officers are signing in and out bodycams.

- Be very organized, and maintain a basic filing system

-Observing Various monitors for any type of suspicious or illegal activities and relaying such information to various 911 call centers (basic training will be provided).

Requirements:

**Microsoft Excel & Word experience a must**

Google docs and Google Sheets**
Must be quick on the computer**
Must have dispatching or police dispatching experience
Ability to think on your feet and make decisions while dispatching Emergency calls via radio.
Must be able to multitask.
Must be reliable.
Attentive to phones and emails.
Must have high school degree or equivalent and College classes a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Quick learner and be able to finish tasks quickly.
Pay starting at $10.00/ hr, may increase after 90 days.
