In this role, you will provide high quality client experiences through virtual and onsite support & maintenance of our clientsâ€™ servers, desktops (Windows and Mac), and network environments. You will have the opportunity to apply and enhance your technical skills and relational experiences by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting our clients with their technology service needs such as the administration and support of Clients PCs/Servers, printers, servers, and related equipment. Other expectations of our clients include providing end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
â€¢ Provide virtual and on-site help desk support and resolve problems to our clientâ€™s satisfaction
â€¢ Learn our clientsâ€™ environments and expectations to be able to anticipate their needs and issues before they ask for our help.
â€¢ Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests
â€¢ Assist with onboarding of new users
â€¢ Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
Requirements & Expectations

â€¢ Ability to positively contribute to a collaborative team environment
â€¢ 2-year Technical Degree or BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field. Candidates graduating in 4-6 months from hire date will be considered.
â€¢ 1-2 years of relevant technical experience part-time, full-time or intern position including the following:
- Excellent understanding of Server and Desktop Operating Systems including the following operating systems:
ï‚§ Windows Server 2003-2016
ï‚§ Windows 7-Windows 10
ï‚§ OS X
- Excellent understanding of networking in the following areas:
ï‚§ Configuration of firewalls
ï‚§ Configuration of Wireless Access Points
ï‚§ VoIP and QoS
