We are an MSP in Matawan, NJ looking to fill a Level 2+ engineer/helpdesk position. The candidate should have vast experience working at an MSP under the pace of an MSP. This is a 9am to 5pm position with after-hours requirements. The candidate will work on projects with senior technicians so that knowledge can be expanded as well as the helpdesk. Our technicians are given ample opportunities to expand and grow. The opportunity to learn and expand knowledge with us is endless due to our over 150 clients offering over 150 different networks to learn, applications to master, and servers to support. Only applicants with the following will be considered...
- 3-4 years experience in a Level 2 or higher helpdesk capacity
- 3-4 years working with an MSP
- 3-4 years project management experience

- MSP Helpdesk experience
- Project management experience
- Office 365 / Hosted Exchange email migration experience
- Full DNS, IP & Network understanding
- Active Directory adding, copying & removing users experience
- Ticket System experience
- Advanced Desktop support experience (Hardware & Software)
- Operating System Support experience (Servers & Workstations)
- SQL Backup, Restoration, Query experience
- Advanced Outlook & Microsoft Office Troubleshooting experience
- Terminal Server Environment experience
- Network Troubleshooting experience
- Full Understanding of DNS & how it works
- Must have exceptional phone etiquette & phone support experience
- Ability to interact with people at various corporate levels required
- Ability and willingness to work additional hours as needed required
- Mac desktop/laptop & Apple experience
- Android experience
- Have worked in a level 2 helpdesk support capacity

- Network + Certified
- VMware and/or Virtualization experience
- Firewall Setup & Configuration experience
- Veeam Backup & Restoration experience
- Legal Application Experience (PCLaw, iManage, Worldox, Time Matters, etc)
- Law firm support experience
