Perform installations of high-speed internet both in residential and commercial locations, as well as perform service calls in the Reno Area. Candidate will go through company specific training for 60 to 90 days.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree or additional training such as DeVry University is highly desired with emphasis on networking.
Intermediate to advanced level experience in residential and commercial internet installations, with minimum two years industry experience.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Performance at company set standards for internet installations, service calls, service moves and removals, for residential single family, multi-family and/or multi-dwelling, commercial, and company owned locations. Perform all work in compliance with OSHA, FCC, NEC, NESC. Integrate the internet with customersâ€™ routers, VoIP telephone and other peripherals. Understand the programming differences between brands of routers. Utilize and become proficient with tasks, tools, test equipment and training that will enhance personal and business growth. Operate Company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Clean, maintain, stock, and secure assigned vehicle and equipment. Maintain and turn in timely, time sheet, daily job and mileage logs, work orders.
Valid Nevada driverâ€™s license and at minimum have the OSHA 10 certification, we can provide if you donâ€™t already have it. Read, write and speak fluent English, Spanish as a second language is highly desired. Clean Driving Record, Pass Background Check and drug test, Must be 18+ years old. Experience using hand tools, electric drills and other various power tools. Ability to walk on all types of terrain in various weather conditions while carrying tools, equipment, ladders, and tool belt. Lift 30-45 pounds on regular basis and 50-70 pounds occasionally as well as use and stow a 28 foot ladder. Can differentiate between different wire sizes and colors. Connect cables in tight spaces by bending, reaching, and twisting, working from high places (i.e. ladders and roofs). Ability to work outside for extended periods of time in all four seasons. Periodically work overtime and/or weekends as needed as well as occasional on-call. Understand basic computer operating systems, and other communications devices. e.g., PDAâ€™s, smartphones, routers, modems, converters, wireless devices, and computer software applications.
Work Days and Hours
Monday â€“ Friday 8am -5pm with mandatory occasional overtime as necessary.
