Private Dental practice in NE Philadelphia seeking experienced candidates for immediate full time/part time position for Front Desk, Assistant and Hygienist. Established 40 year Family oriented practice with team-centered approach.

Front Desk: Primary responsibility is to create and maintain a productive schedule for all doctors and hygienists by proactive management of patient appointments. This will include motivating patients to schedule required treatment, insuring that patients are informed of, and comply with office policy regarding cancellations, and making sure that all patients schedule and keep follow up recall appointments. Other responsibilities include correspondence with patients and dental specialists , entering patient charges and collecting patient co- payment at time of service, handling a busy front desk and busy phone system and providing outstanding customer service to all of our patients in a friendly and professional manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a great attitude who has dental office scheduling experience and knowledge of dental insurance.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years experience required.
Availability to start Immediately
Willing to work Nights and possibly every other weekend - hours to be discussed.

Part-time position with flexible hours (to include TH, FR & every other SAT- 8am-1pm or MTW) that can lead to Full-time. Responsibilities include helping patients achieve & maintain ideal oral health by performing exceptional preventative care, including routine prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance, fluoride & sealant applications when necessary, as well as patient education. The Hygienist is also responsible for all charting and periodontal probing, as well as taking and developing digital x-rays using Dexis software. He or she will also be responsible to maintain cleanliness/maintenance/organization of equipment & work space. Additionally for recording & communicating any recommended treatment by the Dr. as well as next continuing care appointment along with appropriate times. Current RDH license, x-ray certificate and CPR certification are a MUST. Proficiency in Dentrix is preferred.
