The LCCA will be responsible for operational, managerial and administrative duties relating to the program. All duties will be performed based on their Supervisory Training, with minimal supervision. The Program Administrator is directly supervised by the Hands of Healing Executive Director or designee. This is a full-time position and is subject to work overtime and be on-call.

Â· Must maintain current Child Care Administrator License
Â· Ensure all contractual requirements and grant-specific financial requirements are met
Â· Coordinate interagency relationships between the various entities involved in the program including all funding sources and contracting agencies
Â· Adhere to and implement terms of the contract in accordance with the funding source and Hands of Healingâ€™s policies and procedures
Â· Provide staff training in the various requirements of the project
Â· Manage the flow of information between all involved entities
Â· Participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team responsible for case management and care of the youth in the program
Â· Comply with the agency and respective program policy and procedure manuals
Â· Attend and participate in trainings, workshops and in-service meetings to maintain current information on activities as well as Policy and Procedures with Hands of Healing or outside agencies
Â· Manage and coordinate the activities of a local advisory council and have extensive involvement in both community and public relations
Â· Attend trainings, workshops, and meetings upon request
Â· Maintain confidentiality in all areas of youth and program operations
Â· Maintain professional and ethical standards as prescribed by Hands of Healing
Â· Comply with all licensing standards as well as funding source guidelines
Â· Role model a professional demeanor at all times
Bachelorâ€™s degree from an accredited college or university in a social service or related field, with a total of three years supervisory/administrative experience or a Masters degree in social services or related field, with a total of two years supervisory/administrative experience with troubled youth. Any educational or experiential qualifications to be considered as equivalent, in lieu of the above minimums, require prior approval of the Executive Director. Must be a Licensed Child Care Administrator and must be 21 years or older.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Additional Required Experience:
Supervisory experience in monitoring and quality assurance of behavior/case management, budget management, personnel management, conflict resolution, cultural diversity awareness, overall office management, group or family counseling, youth services, residential, educational or institutional settings and advocacy. Preferred computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must possess a valid Texas driverâ€™s license.
Salary range starting at $65K and relocation expenses are negotiable.
