Full-Time Office Manager
We are looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our team. We would prefer a person who is familiar with Estate Planning and has prior experience in a law office, but that is not an absolute requirement. Because we are a small office you will need to be willing to wear a lot of hats and do a little bit of everything - HR, supervising 1-2 other employees, making sure we are compliant with current labor and employment law, keeping insurance up to date, overseeing supplies, marketing, coordinating business development and education activities, answering phone calls and emails, file management, scanning documents, billing, calendaring, and more.
- 5 plus years of work experience in an Office Administrator or Office Manager type role
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
- Experience with Marketing
- Thorough knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, and Excel
- Punctuality in both work attendance and work product
