Design/Build Remodeling Construction Firm in Manassas VA seeking a part-time Office Manager/Accounting professional with strong QuickBooks skills. 30 hours a week maximum. Hours are flexible, but we really need someone who is reliable, super organized, able to juggle multiple tasks, and basically be the "go to" person for this busy small business. Our office/showroom is located in Manassas (close to Jiffy Lube Live), and we're only interested in people who are local to this area. Our clients are in Fairfax County and Prince William County, and we are a well established, 25 year old firm.

Duties would include AR/AP, payroll, invoicing and job cost tracking, ordering materials and office supplies, managing the subcontractors, filing, answering phones, talking to clients, scheduling meetings, and assisting our guys in the field as the main office contact.

Ideal person has some construction background. MUST have Quickbooks experience and be computer savvy.
