Duties and Responsibilities include:

> Managing accounts payable and accounts receivables
> Post journal entries on the accounting software
> Address customers' complaints or concerns
> Prepare payroll
> Conduct credit and collection activities
> Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record-keeping systems
> Prepare invoices for clients
> Prepare reports for management
> Perform general office duties

Qualifications:

> Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
> Experience with Sage Accounting Software will be considered an asset
> Must be proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel

> Reliable and organized team player
> Able to pass a criminal record check
