North Dallas law firm is seeking an in-house Email and Web Designer/Developer. This position is responsible for designing and developing webpages, web and print graphics, strategic email campaigns, new email templates, social media templates and announcements, landing pages and web design and maintenance. The right candidate will be a conceptual thinker that is able to translate marketing strategic objectives into design that is clear, compelling, visually appealing and emotionally engaging. Moreover, the right candidate must be able to work in a team setting group with content writers, video producers, project managers, and marketing director.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create web and landing pages using latest web graphics and development tools.
• Maintain existing websites.
• Creation of all email designs, working within existing templates and eventually creating new templates.
• Execute creative concepts and extend campaigns through design – development of marketing, branding, advertising, strategic communications through photography, graphic design, video production, websites, social media, blogs, etc. that deliver demonstrable value.
• Responsible for coding and testing all marketing emails based on monthly calendar.
• Ensure all aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility and web standards.
• Provide feedback and contribute ideas to the creative process.
• Work with in-house and outside digital marketing consultants.
• Ensure integrity of brand, marketing and content/design standards through consistent, cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Work in team setting to create quality contents for web/landing pages and email campaigns.
• Manage cataloging and archiving of creative projects/assets.

Must Have:
• HTML/CSS hand-coding skills with proficiency in email coding and experience creating responsive and personalized emails.
• Experience of using Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Dreamweaver or similar design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
• Knowledge of design as it pertains to email marketing and blogs; best practices for creating optimized email templates and responsive design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, time management, problem-solving abilities, and personal accountability.

Experience:
• HTML/CSS coding using Adobe Dreamweaver.
• Creating responsive and personalized email.
• Functioning in an Email Design/Developer role.
• Professional Graphic Designing with latest standards and technologies.
• Professional Web Design/Development.
• Graphics Design, Social Media Studies, or Journalism background preferred.
