Job Summary

ISOutsource, a market leading Microsoft Gold Partner and fast-paced and growing IT consulting services firm located in Seattle, is looking for an experienced Support Technician with strong technical skills, understanding of industry best practices, and an extraordinary passion for customer service. The right candidate will join our growing team of talented technical personnel at one of the few Microsoft Gold Partners in the SMB networking space, and build their technical skills.

The IT Systems Administrator role involves carrying out the following key duties from our Bothell, WA office: Note this is an Internal IT position and not a client facing consulting position.

- Provide first line technical support including desktop and server support to ISOutsource employees
- Solve a wide variety of issues in a fast pace
- Some specialized application support calls received (training provided)
- Carry out day-to-day network administration tasks
- Perform routine server maintenance tasks
- Provide in-house technical support
- Work in an energized team and fun office environment
- Partner with Support colleagues skilled in a variety of technical arenas
- Partner with a great group of field consultants
- Some local travel required

Candidates should have experience with some or all of the following technologies:

- Windows 10
- Office 365 suite
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Server 2019
- Exchange 2016 and later
- SQL 2019
- Backup Solutions
- Anti-Virus Solutions
- Layer 2 networking including VLANs
- Routers / Firewalls
- Familiarity with SOC 2

Experience & credentials required:

- 5+ Years of technical support experience
- MCP or greater certification and ability to attain certification MCSA / MCSE within 6 months of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and favorable past employment & reference checks
