Learn And Play Montessori Schools are well-established preschools with six locations in the Bay Area. We are looking for part-time on-call IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support Specialist.

Skills Required:
- Advanced proficiency in Windows 7, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to deal with and solve technical issues including Network Issues.
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly customer-oriented approach

Experience Required:
• Minimum Two (2) years of experience in Help Desk/Technology support

Responsibilities Include:
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Document internal procedures
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
- Perform timely hardware and software; and security upgrades as required
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Fix any network related issues
