We're a growing MSP on the Island and we're looking for someone to join our team on a part time/as needed basis. We need someone with some experience in troubleshooting basic computer/server/printer issues. We would like you to be the first line of defense for incoming calls and multitask as much as possible.

This job will be out of your home, as long as it's quiet and you have a proper working space available. We will provide credentials to access our Remote Management system, Ticketing System, and all other technologies required to solve our customers' issues. It will be about 50/50 travel and remote, but it totally depends on the week.

Some of the generic requirements are below -
â€¢ Directly interface with end users providing guidance and resolving their technology problems
â€¢ Set up and maintain customer networks (LAN/WAN)
â€¢ Connect new users to network and provide initial training if required
â€¢ Set up and maintain Servers, Workstations, Routers, Switches, and peripherals
â€¢ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues anywhere across the LAN/WAN
â€¢ Provide support for firewalls, routers, wireless networks and printers
â€¢ Install, implement, and upgrade software and hardware, as needed
â€¢ Diagnose and remove computer viruses and malware
â€¢ Interface with vendors for product support
â€¢ Maintain documentation for all assets and issues
â€¢ Use of ticketing system for all support calls and projects
â€¢ Perform special projects as requested
â€¢ Administer and manage Office 365 Cloud environment including Exchange/Sharepoint/Teams
â€¢ Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) on IOS/ Android based Mobile devices
â€¢ Administer and manage enterprise level web content filtering
â€¢ Support VPN and Remote access Solutions
â€¢ VOIP experience a plus
â€¢ Understand and anticipate customers' current and future IT needs.
