We are currently looking to hire one to two candidates to help develop new accounts for a newer security guard company.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with prior sales experience and is truly a team player. Your responsibilities include developing new accounts as well as servicing the accounts you bring on board.
This job is demanding and requires persistence; therefore all of our sales representatives must be self-starters with determination and ability to close sales deals. We are searching for someone who is comfortable conversing not only on the phone and via email, but in person as well. All of our sales representatives have sales goals they are expected to meet. Annual contracts can range in value from 30-300k depending on the hours needed, number of locations, etc. They take an average of 2-3 weeks to close, sometimes less and sometimes more.
A generous commission program (5 percent on all new business)
Recurring commission on renewals (2.5 percent on renewals, 1 yr. +)
