We are an established healthcare services company located in Newport Beach looking for individuals to assist with telephone-based outreach to our members.

This position is the first point of contact for our members who need to be enrolled in supportive programs to better manage their health.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a strong work ethic.

• Make outbound calls to our members in a friendly, professional and timely manner
• Provide general information on supportive programs and benefits covered by the member’s health insurance
• Work with our clinical team to effectively communicate member’s needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to effectively present information
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Computer competent and able to navigate web-based programs; Must be able to type 30+ wpm
• Fluent in English
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• Healthcare / medical office experience preferred

This position has the flexibility to work from home, and flexible hours/days upon completion of training and appropriate demonstration of ability.
