EFS Networks is seeking a Help Desk Technician to work remotely for our Philadelphia, PA office.

Our IT Service Help Desk Technicians spend their day on the phone coordinating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting incoming client calls for a wide variety of clients and industries. Our Help Desk team is the first point of contact for all technical support service requests. Ongoing duties involve Office 365/Exchange management, Unifi wireless systems management, Windows servers and workstations support, printer installation and troubleshooting, Malware/virus removal, Hikvision & Geovision camera systems management, delegation of tasks to different department heads, analytical report creation, and much more. Support is done via your remote home office and onsite client locations within the Philidelphia metro area. Top candidates must have troubleshooting skills, analytic skills, a stable home office, dependable transportation, and the willingness to learn and grow within an IT company. Work schedule will be between 10-30 hours per week during normal business hours 9a-5pm EST. This position is a part time role, with the goal of eventual full-time employment for the right individual.
