Terminal B is a well-established MSP providing technical support to a wide array of industries in Central Texas. We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our tight-knit support team. Candidates should have 1-2 years’ experience providing technical support by phone and e-mail. Strong consideration will be given to applicants with Office 365 experience and/or certifications.

Desired Skills include basic to intermediate experience
• supporting productivity applications (Office 365, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Adobe, QuickBooks, etc…)
• supporting Windows workstations: networking/wireless/VPN, Windows troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, and printer management
• in networking: WANs, IP subnetting, DNS, Wireless (WPA2-Personal and WPA2-Enterprise), DHCP, RADIUS, VPN (site to site and client-based)
• working with Windows Servers: Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, file and print services, Remote Desktop Services
• working mobile devices: iOS, Android & MDM solutions
• with ConnectWise Manage

This full-time position available to applicants anywhere in the state of Texas (relocation not required) and includes company-paid health insurance and reimbursements for Internet and cell phone.
