Position will have ownership of managing distribution and maintaining the status of all Restaurant Realty listings on 12+ platforms including our own website.
You must be tech savvy as the majority of the job does require interfacing with our WordPress-driven website, our customer relationship management software (ZOHO), and numerous 3rd party listing engines website, including BizBuySell, BizBen, etc.
A strong residential or commercial real estate agency experience strongly valued
Company provides extensive training to learn the business and to utilize required tools.
HOW WE WORK
All listings are placed through Restaurant Realty's extensive marketing system that reaches tens of thousands of buyers. Once a buyer has been established, the agent will work with the buyer and seller to close the transaction. Restaurant Realty Company's brokers and agents have sold/leased over 1,200 restaurants, bars and clubs since 1996.
Sales Agents and Broker Associates generate listings of restaurants, bars, nightclubs & food related businesses. Some include real estate & some that are for lease only. These listings come from self-generated and internal referred leads.
DAILY/WEEKLY TASKS INCLUDE:
Launch all new listings and actively manage all existing listings on Restaurant Realtyâ€™s website as well as the 12+ listing platforms the Restaurant Realty advertises on.
Job requires active daily/weekly communication with 20+ individual agents to manage listing changes as well as modifying status of listings (active, price reduced, sold, canceled, expired, etc).
Oversee bi-monthly blast email to active email subscribers promoting our Northern and Southern California restaurant/bar/club listings
Oversee management of Restaurant Realty website including featured deals, client features, done deals/sold properties, blog posts, articles, news posts, etc.
Internet Marketing Coordinators have exceptional organizational and time management skills
Self-starters able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary.
They operate with a high level of professionalism while gathering listing information.
They are able to juggle multiple projects related to new listings efficiently all while staying focused on maintaining accurate listing files and helping others.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Adept email correspondence
Past experience with ZOHO CRM preferred.
Past website management experience preferred. Experience managing WordPress website highly valued.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (gmail, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, etc.).
Candidates should have the technology skills once trained with limited support.
Recent real estate transaction experience highly preferred; Minimum of 1-2+ years current experience in Residential or Commercial Real Estate preferred.
This is a hourly contractor role with a long-term opportunity to grow within RRC.
The last person was with the company for 8 years. Starting off at $18 to $20 per hour. Minimum 20 hours per week.
