POSITION OVERVIEW
Collects and organizes information, creates, edits and manages printed and electronic communications, creates media content for web sites, prepares media and copy for special and recurring church presentation communications. Position allows working off-site as appropriate.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma, some college preferred.

JOB SKILLS
Required:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of on-line services such as Facebook, Constant Contact, etc.
• Proven communication and written English skills.
• 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in a church or non-profit setting.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with OneDrive, Office 365, WordPress, eSpace Suite, and ACS Church Management software.
• Proven skills in graphics design for print and other media, including picture editing using PhotoShop.

SPECIFIC DUTIES
• Create and print weekly bulletins, posters, newsletters, and special event collateral.
• Create and publish weekly and special announcement Constant Contact e-mailings.
• Create weekly PowerPoint slides for sermons, announcements, etc.
• Maintain FaceBook page content as needed.
• Create and maintain digital display content.
• Performs other media duties as assigned by the Executive and/or Senior Pastor.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to meet routine weekly publication schedules is required.
• Agreement with our Code of Christian Conduct in its entirety.
