Junior Systems Administrator position is responsible for monitoring, and troubleshooting workstations and laptops
Functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Providing 1st level support
2. Monitoring Automate alerts
Key Result Areas and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide support to Client's Desktop Environment
â€¢ Conform to business controls i.e. audit requirements
â€¢ To assist management in the delivery of services
â€¢ Maintain a good understanding of business needs
â€¢ Installing and configuring new technologies
â€¢ Maintain and meet service levels
â€¢ Following structured tasks/routines.
â€¢ Maintain documentation
â€¢ Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
â€¢ Delivery of End User Services to the Connectwise/Automate clients as required
â€¢ Responsible for resolution, and if, required escalation of issues which may impact on client satisfaction.
â€¢ Assist in ensuring services are provided to the client in line with agreed contracts and scope.
â€¢ Ensure environment conforms to agreed standards
â€¢ Part of a team who manages enterprise Intel and AMD infrastructures.
â€¢ Ensure all Key results are met.
â€¢ Proven technical understanding in relevant technologies
â€¢ Experience in Windows desktop deployment technologies
â€¢ Windows 7 and 10 troubleshooting experience
â€¢ Good communication skills both written and oral
â€¢ Well presented
â€¢ Proven problem solving skills
â€¢ Commitment to teamwork
â€¢ Proven ability to drive for improvements and change, including support of long term strategy
â€¢ Experience in excellent client service and delivery
