Job description
Junior Systems Administrator position is responsible for monitoring, and troubleshooting workstations and laptops

Functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Providing 1st level support
2. Monitoring Automate alerts

Key Result Areas and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide support to Client's Desktop Environment
• Conform to business controls i.e. audit requirements
• To assist management in the delivery of services
• Maintain a good understanding of business needs
• Installing and configuring new technologies
• Maintain and meet service levels
• Following structured tasks/routines.
• Maintain documentation
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.


• Delivery of End User Services to the Connectwise/Automate clients as required
• Responsible for resolution, and if, required escalation of issues which may impact on client satisfaction.
• Assist in ensuring services are provided to the client in line with agreed contracts and scope.
• Ensure environment conforms to agreed standards
• Part of a team who manages enterprise Intel and AMD infrastructures.
• Ensure all Key results are met.

Person Specification

• Proven technical understanding in relevant technologies
• Experience in Windows desktop deployment technologies
• Windows 7 and 10 troubleshooting experience
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Well presented
• Proven problem solving skills
• Commitment to teamwork
• Proven ability to drive for improvements and change, including support of long term strategy
• Experience in excellent client service and delivery
• Time management and organization skills
• Drive to succeed and improve business results, setting and achieving higher standards
