Guillaume Counseling Services, specializes in working with women and couples, and we are expanding to include services for men due to high demands. Our focus is Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) or Maternal Mental Health. In addition to our current clientele, we are looking for a therapist who have a heart for men and wants to spear head a Paternal Mental Health program. We work with couples who are in the early stages of their relationships (dating, cohabitate, newlyweds), with a special focus on interracial, interfaith, and/or intercultural couples. Our main clientele self identifies as people of color, primarily black or mixed race, immigrants, and/or Christians. We have a growing request from clients who are Caucasians, primarily those who identifies as Christians, as well as couples who identifies as LGBTQ. We serve a diverse population and are forming a team of culturally diverse clinicians.

The Marriage and Family Therapist will offer counseling and mental health services in the marital and family context. Therapist will perform individual therapy, couplesâ€™ therapy, family therapy, and/or group therapy. Services include evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness and other psychological and relational issues. Therapist to keep comprehensive records of service delivery, in compliance with third party payers.

Requirements to be successful in our team:
Commitment â€“ this is not a job. But your business practice operating under our brand.
Be willing to serve OHP (Medicaid) population, as well as other commercial insurance.
Be willing to do online counseling, in addition to traditional therapy
5 years post graduate experience.
Licensed in the state of Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and ability to use EHR.
If not an LMFT, minimum 2 years of experience providing family therapy or couples counseling.
Ability to provide culturally competent services to client of diverse background, including but not limited to racial minorities, ethnic minorities and have lived experience within the community served.
Must be innovative, think outside of the box, and have a flexibility to address clientsâ€™ needs based on cultural framework.
Must have a genuine love for people and mental health and believe in the sanctity of marriage and the value of relationships.
Must value both men and women
Must complete Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder training within 6 months, if not already trained
Telebehavioral health training required within 6 months, if not already trained
Must complete Positive Parenting training within 1 year, if not already trained
Must complete an evidenced based treatment model for treating couples within 1 year, if not already trained.

Ability to provide services in a foreign language.
Ability to provide clinical supervision to postgraduate level interns or masterâ€™s level students.
Willingness and interest in conducting research and contributing to the development of treatment models geared towards serving people of color and/or Christians.
Ability to integrate storytelling and self-disclosure into your treatment
Ability to connect with clients from an experiential level.

Who we are:
Guillaume Counseling Services, P.C. is Christian based, group practice, specializes in maternal mental health, providing services to women (mothers and wives) and couples.
