We seek a sharp, reliable, trust-worthy, independent thinker, who enjoys working with numbers and with people, has excellent communication skills, is a creative problem-solver, gets excited about new challenges, and is eager to learn and contribute to what goes on behind the scenes of small businesses.
In addition to these qualities, you must have solid experience with Quickbooks, Excel & Word.
This is a flexible, part-time position, as a W-2 employee. Hours will start at 12 to 15 hours per week, with possibility of increased hours within 3 months.
We all work remotely, so also needed are a reliable laptop, smart phone, scanner and sense of humor. We connect via phone, text, face-time and cloud.
Our work is challenging and very interesting. We love what we do and we are passionate about it. We are looking for our next team-mate, who shares our values.
Starting rate is $25/hour, possibly more, based on experience. After 6 months, there is opportunity for an increase and additional hours. Longer term, based on performance, there will be opportunities for additional increases and additional hours.
