An Implementation Project Specialist I is a multi-threaded skilled Project Coordinator, responsible for handling new customer Implementation (on-boarding) projects once the customer completes the Sales process. In addition, an Implementation Specialist I manages Implementation projects, Support Tickets regarding training requests, re-implementation projects (for existing customers), CXT University training sessions and supporting materials, and overall project coordination. An Implementation Specialist I is technically and managerially skilled, detail-oriented, and listens to the customer needs to help them achieve a successful implementation onto the CXT Software X Dispatch product suite.

Comfortable working on a team with other Professional Services team members
Comfortable coming to management, or tenured team members, to get assistance when needed
Ability to work from home without close supervision
What will you do:
Coordinate implementation projects for new customer on-boarding, from start to finish
Conduct business analysis discussions, plan and execute project steps in line with customer and CXT expectations
Facilitate training sessions, answer daily questions about product usability and functionality
Import data to customer databases, assist with email set up and configuration, troubleshoot any workstation installation issues
Effectively track project progress and ensure milestones and goals are set and met as expected
Schedule and coordinate meetings/phone calls with multiple contacts
Create work tickets for other departments (Engineering, Integrations, Custom Services, etc.) as needed
Support the CXT University training program
Manage workload using Jira and GSuite applications
Things you will need:
Ability to quickly ramp up on CXT Software's X Dispatch software suite
Ability to learn continuously, as technologies are constantly changing
Excellent documentation skills
Project management experience
Technical aptitude and desire to learn new skills
Understanding of SQL - for data conversion and basic reporting/querying
Experience with any of the following tools: Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence), Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Microsoft Excel, and GSuite products
0-2 years professional or courier logistics experience, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent helpful
Candidate must have a suitable working location at home that is free from distractions and is equipped with dependable broadband internet access; this is a telecommuting/work-from-home position
Open to ~ 10% travel for on-site implementation (not standard, occurs upon customer request)
