The Digital Ad Operations Associate serves as part of the operations and implementation team and works under direct supervision of the Ad Operations Manager who is located in Scottsdale, AZ.

Key responsibilities of the Ad Operations Associate:
â€¢ Prioritize and complete request for proposals
â€¢ Enter orders in workflow tool and close completed orders
â€¢ Manage and organize active and archived client assets
â€¢ Generate delivery reports for campaigns from a variety of sources
â€¢ Maintain all client data reports (weekly)
â€¢ Support Ad Operations Manager with other ad-hoc and regular tasks
This candidate must be comfortable with technology and learning new platforms, industry standards and language, and be flexible and open to change.
We will consider part-time applicants but growth to full-time must be possible for the person hired.

AWESOME BUT NOT REQUIRED:
