We are looking for a well-rounded technically astute individual will specialize in design, implementation, and project management of systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Wi-Fi Networks, A/V Systems, etc). Overall they will manage a portfolio of projects as if it were their own business. Telnet Solutions is built on the idea of entrepreneurship and a strong desire to be the best. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE:

Fire Alarm Systems
• Code Application (NFPA/IBC/State Code/UFC/IBC)
• Installation and Programming of Panels, Field Devices, and Workstations
• Management of Construction and Design Processes

Access Control Systems
• Design/Engineering of System Including Plan Submittals
• Installation and Programming of Panels and Field Devices
• Installation / Maintenance of Servers and Databases for Multiple Vendors
• Enterprise Integration Between Vendors
• Management of Construction and Design Processes

CCTV Systems
• Experience with Large Digital Systems (150+ cameras) (Design and Implementation)
• Installation and Programming of Head-End and Field Cameras (Design and Implementation)
• Management of Construction and Design Processes

A/V Systems
• Design/Engineering of Audio System Including Plan Submittals
• Installation and Programming of Amplifiers, DSPs, Speakers, TVs, etc.
• Integration with Automation Systems
• Management of Construction and Design Processes

Wireless and Wired Network Infrastructures
• Design/Engineering of Networks Including Plan Submittals
• Installation and Programming of Routers, WAPs, Switches, VLANs, etc
• Integration with premises networks
• Management of Construction and Design Processes


QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3 years of field experience in low voltage construction.
• Field experience coordinating with construction management.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects
• Exceptional initiative, execution and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.

Our current workload is now projected for the next 3 years, includes new construction projects;
Hotels, Senior Living Facilities, Multi-Tenant Apartment complexes 200 to 900 unit buildings)
